At around :30 seconds of video posted above (all are related to that video.) Fukanagwa says

In the begining, Where akiyama Leaves,
he said he's "going back alone"
And then the Ex-Investigator says,
You like him dont you?

When She Slaps our beautiful Akiyama-san. (which got me quite upset)
"you are just like a ...?... and that however is the truth" (She said it went a bit fast for her to understand)

And at the end, Right before Shes Like.... Akiyama-san, and she cries, She said to the unkown Person....
Well Thats your loss. (Doesnt sound like nao-chan at all. So im a bit nervous. Guessing thats at the end of the movie maybe?)

And at the final part, where it goes black. And Akiyama Says something.... He Says.
